Two new tabs on Work Orders give full financial visibility — the Bill tab shows all bills from approved claims with line items, GST, and amounts, plus an Activity log showing who approved each bill. The Invoice tab shows generated invoices with the same detail and approval history — all without leaving the work order.

When you create an Action or add a Template to a Work Order or Work Package, Colobbo automatically links that record. A link icon appears on Actions and Inspections, showing all associated entities at a glance — or you can manually link a Work Order or Work Package to any action using the Link button.

Working Tracker enhancements — Milestone search is now faster and more accurate. You can also export tracker data directly to Excel — making it easier to report on project progress outside the platform.

Global Tags across operational records — Tags can now be applied across Work Orders, Work Packages, and Documents — giving teams a consistent way to categorise and organise work across projects.

Tags visible and filterable in operational grids — Tags now appear as a column in Work Order and Work Package grids. You can filter and search by tags directly — no need to open individual records to find what you need.

Descriptions and notes visible in operational grids — Descriptions and notes are now surfaced as columns in Work Order and Work Package grids — giving you the context you need at a glance without opening each record.

Template lookup fields improved — Lookup fields now support Projects, Assets, Work Orders, and Work Packages — making template configuration more flexible.

Insert documents from Document Library — Attach files directly from your Document Library when completing tasks or filling checklists.

Inspection module enhancements — Improved field behaviour, scoring logic, and submission flows across inspection templates.

BOG export improvements — Refined data structure and formatting for BOG exports for cleaner downstream reporting.

Mobile search persistence — Search terms no longer clear unexpectedly when navigating between screens on mobile.

General stability improvements — Multiple reliability improvements across web and mobile.
