Custom Views let you filter and save specific work order lists โ€” so you can quickly access the jobs that matter to you without re-applying filters every time.

Opening Custom Views

Go to Work Orders โ€” From the left navigation, click Work Orders.

Click the Views icon โ€” Click the views/filter icon in the top right of the work orders list to open the Custom Views panel.

Creating a Custom View

Click Add View โ€” Press the + Add View button to start building a new view.

Name your view โ€” Enter a descriptive name (e.g. "My In Progress Jobs" or "MDU Build โ€” This Week").

Apply filters โ€” Select the filter criteria such as Status, Work Package, Assigned To, or Date Range.

Save the view โ€” Click Save to store the view for quick access.

Using a Saved View

Click any saved view โ€” From the Custom Views panel, click a view name to instantly apply those filters.

Editing or Deleting a View

Click the options icon โ€” Next to any saved view, click the options icon to edit or delete it.

๐Ÿ’ก Tip: Create a view filtered to In Progress jobs assigned to you โ€” this saves time every morning and reduces the chance of missing a job that needs attention.
