Click the Views icon — Click the views/filter icon in the top right of the work orders list to open the Custom Views panel.
Creating a Custom View
Click Add View — Press the + Add View button to start building a new view.
Name your view — Enter a descriptive name (e.g. "My In Progress Jobs" or "MDU Build — This Week").
Apply filters — Select the filter criteria such as Status, Work Package, Assigned To, or Date Range.
Save the view — Click Save to store the view for quick access.
Using a Saved View
Click any saved view — From the Custom Views panel, click a view name to instantly apply those filters.
Editing or Deleting a View
