We have rebuilt the reporting engine behind every PDF colobbo produces. Reports render faster, large batches complete reliably, and report layouts are now controlled in one place for your whole organisation.
🎨 One Global Report Layout for Your Organisation
New · Web App
Set your report design once and every template follows it. Go to Settings → Template PDF Reports to choose photo size and shape, photo resolution, whether file names and upload dates appear under photos, your report theme, and page size — with a live preview.
Any template that needs something different can still break away — open the template, switch to the PDF tab, and choose Customise for this template.
Work order reports have their own controls too. Under Settings → Projects → your project → Report Settings, set a report title, header and footer, a logo, an optional cover page, theme and page size for each work order type — with the same live preview.
⬇ Work Order Downloads — Pick Exactly What You Need

The Download menu on a work order separates what you are downloading: the checklist report, linked inspections, answer photos, and reference or field media are now independent toggles. Include child work orders pulls in the whole hierarchy, and Combine PDFs decides whether you get one merged document or a PDF per work order.
Before you start, the summary tells you exactly what you will receive — how many work orders, how many PDFs, and whether photos are included.
📑 Merge Inspection Reports from the List

Select any number of inspections and choose One merged PDF to combine them into a single document, or Separate PDFs to receive them individually in a zip — ideal for month-end client submissions.
⚡ Built for Large Batches

The new engine renders in chunks and streams to storage rather than holding whole documents in memory, so very large downloads now complete dependably. A recent test produced a 751-page report across 76 work orders with 9,500 photos without breaking stride.
Large downloads are queued automatically and emailed to you as a link when they are ready, so you are not left waiting on a browser tab.
🔔 A Redesigned In-App Notifications Panel

The bell in the top bar now opens a cleaner notifications panel. Filter by All, Unread or Read, and when several downloads finish close together they collapse into one tidy stack — "8 exports · last 1m" — instead of flooding the list.
Click any notification to open the record it points to. An Export Ready line takes you straight to your report download — and the same links work from your email notifications, so a tap from your inbox opens the right work order, schedule or download. Use Mark all read to clear the badge, or dismiss items one at a time.
✉️ Cleaner, On-Brand Email Alerts

Every notification email now carries the colobbo look — logo, brand colours and a tidy footer — across bookings, reminders and reassignments. Booking confirmations lead with clear Reschedule, Cancel and Update buttons.
Grouped reminders now say exactly what they are about — "You have 3 items needing attention" in a clean table — instead of a vague "3 items".

Personalise your messages with tokens. Drop work order codes, names and dates straight into your notification text, and see a live preview before anything sends.
SMS and push, alongside email. Reach people on the channel they actually check.
Deep links everywhere. One tap opens the exact work order, schedule or download — whether it arrived by email, SMS, push or the in-app bell.

These updates are live now. Open any work order and use the Download menu, or head to Settings → Template PDF Reports to set your organisation's report design.
