When you export a work order's checklists, tasks, photos, or media, colobbo normally streams the file straight to your browser. For larger downloads — such as those with lots of photos, media, or multiple combined work orders — this can take a while or time out. Instead, you can have colobbo prepare the file and email you a link once it's ready.

Open the Download menu from a work order and select the documents you want to include (Checklist, Tasks, Photos, Media, etc.), along with any child work order or combine PDF options. The highlighted area shows the summary panel, which prompts you to select a work order and confirms your current selection before you proceed — check this to make sure you've chosen the correct work order and documents.

At the bottom of the menu, below the main Download button, you'll find the delivery options. Click the circled Email me the link button to have colobbo generate the file in the background and send a download link to your registered email address, rather than streaming it directly to your browser. Next to it, you'll also see a Share with someone option if you'd like to send the link to another recipient instead.

This option is especially useful for large exports — colobbo will automatically switch to email delivery for downloads that are too large to stream reliably, so you don't need to wait around for the file to finish generating.
