Once an inspection has been completed, Colobbo generates a report that you can view, adjust the layout of, and download as a PDF. Here's how to find and export a completed inspection report.

From the Inspections list, find an inspection with a status of Completed. Instead of a Continue button, completed inspections display a View Report button — click the circled button to open the report.

The report preview shows the inspection details, including the linked work order information, company, location, due date, status, and all completed sections, questions, and photos.

From this screen you can:

- Click Edit to make changes to the inspection.

- Click Report layout to switch between the layouts saved on the template before generating the PDF.

- Click Download PDF to export the report.

Use the back arrow at the top left of the screen to return to the Inspections list at any time.
