Colobbo lets you set a global PDF report layout for your organisation, so every template follows the same look and feel unless you choose to customise it individually.

Go to Settings → Template PDF Reports. This is your organisation's global layout — every template without its own report layout uses this one automatically. Templates can still create their own layouts from the template editor.

Under the Style tab, you can configure:

• Photo thumbnail size — choose between Small (6 per row), Medium (3 per row), or Large (2 per row).

• Photo thumbnail shape — Auto (keeps the original photo shape), Square (crop to fit), or 4:3 (crop to fill).

• Photo resolution — Standard or High.

• Media metadata in reports — optionally show file names and/or upload dates under photos, each with its own checkbox.

• Report theme — pick from preset colour themes such as Cool gray, Off-white, Almond milk, Soft blush, Peach cream, or Sky, or select Custom to define your own colours.

• Page size — choose between A4 and US Letter.

The Content tab controls which sections appear in every report. Under Report sections, you can toggle Summary, Actions, Inspection results, Photos & media, Unanswered questions, Answered questions, Notes, and Signatures on or off.

Under Linked items, you can also choose how much detail is shown for related records — such as Work Order and Action — by switching each one between Compact and Details view.

The Email tab lets you configure the message that accompanies a report when it's sent by email.

Use the preview panel on the right to see how your layout will look before publishing — it shows which layout you're currently previewing, along with a save icon and a download icon at the top. You can switch between saved layout presets using the dropdown above the panel, and manage them with the add, edit, favourite, and delete icons alongside it.

Once you're happy with your changes, click Save to apply the new global layout across all templates that don't have a custom one.
