You usually can't see a work order because of your role, the project you've selected, a leftover filter on the phone, or because the work order is archived. Check the selected project first, then clear any search, view or filters.
Which work orders can I see?
What you see depends on your role:
Some roles see only the work orders assigned to them.
Other roles see everything in the selected company and project.
Subcontractor staff see only their own company's jobs.
Archived and deleted work orders are hidden for everyone.
How do I check I'm on the right project?
The selected project matters. Work orders from another project won't show.
On the web
Look at the project name pill at the top left of the screen, next to the Colobbo logo. It shows "Choose a project" if none is selected.
Select the pill and switch to the project you need.
On the phone
Open the "Workspace" menu. It lists each company with its projects.
Tap the project you need.
The app reloads on that project and clears your filters.
How do I clear filters on the phone?
Your search, view and filters are remembered on the phone, so a leftover filter can hide jobs. Clear them first.
Look at the filter icon. A dot on it means a filter is on.
Tap the "Filter" button to open "Filters" and clear what's selected.
Check the quick filter chips near the top of the list: "Assigned To" ("(Me)" / "Unassigned"), "Work Order Type" and "Work Order Status". Clear any that are on.
Clear any search. The search icon opens "Search", which looks at the code, status, type, address, assignee and description.
Why can't I see a saved view?
You see your own saved views, public views, and views shared with you or your role. If a colleague's view is missing, it hasn't been made public or shared with you or your role.
What if I still can't find the work order?
Ask your administrator to check that you're assigned to the job and that you have the right project.
If it's still missing, contact support and include the work order code.
