Downloading Inspection Reports

The Inspections list shows every inspection grouped by date, along with its current status and a link back to the work order it belongs to. From this list you can select one or more inspections and download them as PDF reports, media files, or both.

Select inspections to download

Tick Select All in the top-right corner to select every inspection currently listed, or tick the checkboxes next to individual inspections. As soon as one or more are selected, a bar appears at the bottom of the screen showing how many inspections are selected, along with options to Unselect all or Select first 100.

From this bar you can also click Excel to export the list as a spreadsheet. To download the inspections themselves, click Download to open the download options menu.

Choose your download options

The Download menu lets you control exactly what's included in your export:

Under Documents, toggle PDF report and Media independently — you can download the report only, the media only, or both together. Note that PDF reports are capped at 100 inspections, and media is exported in template folders.

Under PDF output, use the circled toggle to choose between Separate PDFs and One merged PDF. This decides whether your selected inspections download as individual files or are combined into a single document.

The highlighted summary box confirms your selection before you download — for example, showing how many inspections are selected and whether they'll be delivered as separate files or as one zip.

Once you're happy with your selections, click Download PDF to save the file, or use the Email me the link or Share with someone options if the export will take a while to generate.
