The Work Orders list displays all work orders assigned to you as a field technician, allowing you to view, search, filter, and access individual work orders to update their status or complete tasks.

Access the Work Orders list

Navigate to the Work Orders section from the main menu to view your assigned work orders. The list displays all work orders with their current status, details, and assignment information.

View work order information

The Work Orders list displays key information in columns including:

  • Work Order Code - Unique identifier for each work order

  • Work Order Type - Category of work to be performed

  • Work Order Status - Current status (New, In Progress, Complete, etc.)

  • Work Package Name - Associated work package

  • Created Date - When the work order was created

  • Assigned To User - Technician assigned to the work order

  • QA Status - Quality assurance status

Search and filter work orders

Use the Search field at the top right to find specific work orders by code, description, or other details. Type keywords to filter the list in real-time.

Use saved views

Select from predefined views using the dropdown menu to quickly filter work orders by common criteria such as status or assignment. The Default View shows all your assigned work orders.

Apply filters

Click the Filter button to access additional filtering options and narrow down the work orders based on specific criteria like date ranges, status, or work type.

Work with individual work orders

Click on any work order row to open the detailed view where you can update status, complete tasks, add notes, and upload photos or documents. Use the checkboxes to select multiple work orders for bulk actions.

Tip: Work orders with different status colors help you quickly identify which ones need immediate attention - new work orders appear in blue, in-progress items in orange, and completed work in green.
