A guide to navigating the Colobbo home screen β€” Mission Control, Pulse Check, Active Work, and Command Centre.

The Colobbo home screen gives you a live view of all work, inspections, actions, and bookings β€” filtered by you, your team, or any technician.

Mission Control

  1. Select your view tab β€” Choose My Work, Team Work, or Any Technician to filter the dashboard to your own tasks, your whole team, or a specific person.

  2. Team Work β€” Consolidates every task assigned across your team for streamlined management.

  3. Any Technician filter β€” Use this to quickly see the workload spread across a specific technician.

  4. State dropdown β€” Narrow your focus to a specific region or project status.

  5. Select a state β€” Instantly surfaces only the tasks relevant to that location.

  6. Technician dropdown β€” Filter tasks by picking a specific technician from the dropdown.

  7. Click a technician's name β€” See their full assigned workload.

  8. My Work β€” Switch back for a personalised view of only your own assignments.

  9. Team Work β€” Return to handle tasks as a group and keep everyone aligned.

  10. Service Teams dropdown β€” Refine your dashboard by selecting a particular service team.

  11. Choose a service team β€” Instantly updates the dashboard with that team's relevant tasks.

Pulse Check

  1. Needs Attention β€” Click to focus on urgent items that require immediate action. Opens a prioritised panel of work orders needing follow-up.

  2. Drill into a work order β€” Tap any item in the Needs Attention panel to open it for quick follow-up.

  3. Back arrow β€” Return to your work overview or select another priority item.

  4. Work Orders – In Progress β€” Access to check on all ongoing work and see up-to-date progress at a glance.

  5. Inspections – In Progress β€” Tap to monitor all ongoing inspections. Switch to My Work for a focused personal view.

Active Work

  1. View All β€” Displays every active assignment currently on your plate, your selected team's, or any technician's.

  2. Active Work panel β€” Jump in for a live list of all ongoing tasks and key deadlines.

Command Centre

  1. Work Orders filter β€” Targeted look at installation and maintenance jobs.

  2. Actions filter β€” Zero in on actions assigned to you.

  3. Inspections filter β€” Easily manage and review all upcoming inspections.

  4. Bookings filter β€” Stay on top of all upcoming appointments and reservations.

  5. All β€” See every item grouped by urgency (Overdue, Starting Soon, Today, Tomorrow, Upcoming) so nothing slips through the cracks.

  6. Needs Attention section β€” Address your team's most critical tasks first with a prioritised to-do list for swift resolution.
