The Agenda on your dashboard shows your own jobs, bookings and scheduled work for today and the next 7 days, in your own time zone. It was called My plan before.
The Agenda appears only for companies using the Resource Planner or repeating schedules. Bookings in it appear only if bookings are switched on. Ask your Colobbo contact.
Open your Agenda
Open the Dashboard.
Find the Agenda section on your dashboard, just below Next up.
Choose Today or Next 7 days to switch the list.
Choose View all to open the full list, with tabs and filters.
Click an item to open it. Inspections have a Start button.
What the Agenda shows
Item | What you see |
Your visits  | Work orders booked to you, with the time and place. |
Your bookings | Appointments where you are the person booked. |
Scheduled work | Repeating inspections, actions and work order copies that fall to you. |
Overdue | A count of items that passed their date. Choose it to see them. |
Times and time zones
Each time is shown in your own time zone, so a job booked for a site in another state appears at the time on your clock. A small label beside the time shows the zone when it differs from yours.
Add or remove the Agenda
Choose Add widget on the dashboard and pick Agenda under Your day. To remove it, open Agenda options and choose Remove from dashboard. The Next up card, which shows your next job with a time, is in the same list.
Frequently asked questions
Why is my Agenda empty?
Nothing is booked to you in that period. The Agenda shows your own work only, not your team's.
Is it the same as the Resource Planner?
No. The planner shows everyone. The Agenda shows only you.
Can I see other people's Agenda?
No. Use the Resource Planner to see your team.
Is the Agenda in the phone app?
The phone app has an older Agenda on its dashboard. The new Agenda comes to the phone app in a coming update.
