A New, Safer Sign-in
Colobbo has a new sign-in page. Sign in with Google or a passkey (your fingerprint, face or device PIN), or with your email and password as before.
Everyone will be asked to set a new password the first time they sign in on the new page. Watch for an email from Colobbo with the link.
Repeat Any Job on a Schedule
Inspections, actions, work orders and bookings can repeat daily, weekly or monthly. Colobbo creates each one on time and reminds the right people.

Plan this day puts a technician's visits in driving order, around their lunch break and start point. Undo if you change your mind.

Turning These On
The Resource Planner and its add-ons are switched on per company. Ask your Colobbo contact, then see setting up the planner.
Fixed in This Update
Inspection export works again for admins and subcontractors.
Defect sheets keep their assignees when re-uploaded.
Lot numbers save in work order addresses.
Booking links no longer sign people out.
Work order list search is more reliable, and the map's Work Package tab follows your view.
No more false no permission message when a feature is switched off.
