The Colobbo home screen gives you a live view of all work, inspections, actions, and bookings β€” filtered by you, your team, or any technician.

Mission Control

Use the Mission Control section to filter and view work across different scopes:

  1. Visibility dropdown β€” Choose All to see everything, or select a specific visibility level to filter your dashboard view.

  2. View tabs β€” Switch between All Work, My Work, Team Work, or Any Technician to filter the dashboard to show all tasks, your own tasks, your whole team, or a specific person.

  3. State dropdown β€” Narrow your focus to a specific region or project status by selecting from the available states.

Pulse Check

  2. Work Orders - New β€” Displays the number of newly created work orders that haven't been started yet.

  3. Work Orders - In Progress β€” Shows ongoing work orders currently being worked on by technicians.

  4. Inspections - In Progress β€” Displays the count of inspections currently underway.

  5. Actions - Total β€” Shows the total number of actions across all statuses.

  6. Actions - Overdue β€” Highlights actions that have passed their due date and need immediate attention.

  2. View All β€” Click to see the complete list of active assignments for your selected view (personal, team, or specific technician).

  3. Individual work items β€” Each card shows work order details, location, assigned technician, and status for quick reference.

Command Centre

Filter and organize your work by type:

  1. All β€” See every item grouped by urgency (Overdue, Starting Soon, Today, Tomorrow, Upcoming) so nothing slips through the cracks.

  2. Work Orders β€” Filter to show only installation and maintenance jobs.

  3. Actions β€” Focus on actions assigned to you or your team.

  4. Inspections β€” Easily manage and review all upcoming inspections.

  5. Bookings β€” Stay on top of all upcoming appointments and reservations.
