Field Media is where you upload photos, documents, and files captured on-site. Supported file types include images, PDF, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Opening the Media Tab
Select the work order โ From the Work Orders list, click the Work Order Code to open it.
Click the Media tab โ In the tab bar, click Media.
Switch to the Field tab โ Click the Field toggle to switch from Reference to the Field Media panel.
Uploading a File
Drag and drop a file โ Drag a file from your device into the upload area labelled "Drag and drop a file here or click".
Or click to browse โ Click the upload area to open your file browser and select your file.
Click Save โ Once your file appears in the list, press Save to confirm the upload.
Downloading a Field File
Click the more options icon (โฎ) โ Click the three-dot icon next to the file.
Select Download โ The file saves to your device.
Deleting a Field File
Click the more options icon (โฎ) โ Click the three-dot icon next to the file you want to remove.
Select Delete โ A confirmation dialog will appear.
Confirm deletion โ Click Delete to permanently remove the file, then click Save to apply.
๐ก Tip: Upload field photos as soon as you complete each section on-site โ this keeps the work order record accurate and avoids losing evidence.
