How to Add Your Logo and Sender Name to Colobbo Emails (Branding)

Upload your company logo and set the sender name so every email and public booking page carries your brand instead of the default.

By default, emails from Colobbo look like they came from Colobbo. Branding makes them look like they came from you — your logo at the top of every email, and your name in the recipient’s inbox.

It takes about two minutes to set up and applies everywhere at once.

Where do I set it up?

Go to Settings → Organisation → Branding.

The Branding tab in Organisation Settings, showing the logo upload area with size guidance, the email sender name field, and the subdomain section

There are three things on this page, and only the first two are yours to change.

1. Your logo

Choose Replace logo and upload your file. It then appears at the top of every email sent on your behalf, and on your public booking pages — the pages customers see when they book or reschedule.

Requirement

Detail

Best size

240 × 80 pixels. It displays at 120 × 40, so double keeps it sharp on high-resolution screens.

Shape

A wide logo works better than a tall one. Tall logos get squashed into the header.

Format

PNG or JPEG, up to 2MB. A PNG with a transparent background is ideal.

Not supported

SVG. Email clients strip it, so your logo would simply not appear.

Use Remove to go back to no logo.

2. Your email sender name

This is what people see in their inbox before they open anything — and it decides whether they recognise you at all.

Type your company name into Email sender name. Underneath, the page shows you exactly how it will appear:

Acme Property via colobbo

The “via colobbo” part stays. It tells mail providers the message is legitimately sent on your behalf, which is part of what keeps your emails out of junk folders.

Leave the field blank and everything stays exactly as it is today.

3. Your subdomain

Your web address — yourcompany.colobbo.com. It is shown here for reference but cannot be edited on this page. Contact support to change it, since links already sent to customers point at the current one.

Where does my branding show up?

Where

What appears

Every notification email

Your logo at the top, your sender name in the inbox

Booking confirmations, reschedules and cancellations

Both, on the message the customer receives

Public booking pages

Your logo

Expression of Interest registration pages

Your logo

You do not set it per message. Save once and it applies to all of them.

Can I see it before customers do?

Yes. Open any message under Settings → Notifications and the preview shows the email with your logo in place, exactly as the recipient will get it.

Frequently asked questions

I uploaded an SVG and nothing appears.

SVG is not supported — email clients strip it out. Export your logo as a PNG, ideally with a transparent background, and upload that.

My logo looks blurry.

It is probably too small. The logo displays at 120 × 40 but should be uploaded at 240 × 80 so it stays sharp on high-resolution screens.

Can I remove “via colobbo” from the sender name?

No. It is what tells mail providers the email is legitimately sent on your behalf, and removing it would make your messages more likely to land in junk.

Do I have to set this per project?

No. Branding is set once for the whole organisation.

Will old emails change?

No. Branding applies to messages sent after you save. Anything already delivered stays as it was.
