The BOG Report download lets you export Boots On Ground data to a spreadsheet. You can choose which columns to include, reorder them by dragging, and save your preferences so every future download uses the same layout.

Navigate to Boots On Ground — From the left navigation, click Boots on Ground to open the BOG dashboard.

Click Download Report — In the top right of the BOG dashboard, click the Download Report button. This opens the column settings panel where you can customise your export.

Drag rows to reorder — Each column appears as a row in the panel. Drag the rows up or down to set the order you want the columns to appear in your export.

Unselect columns you don't need — Click the checkbox next to any column to deselect it. Deselected columns will not appear in your downloaded report.

Search for columns — Use the search bar at the top of the panel to quickly find a specific column by name. This is useful when there are many columns to scroll through.

Clear all — Click Clear All to deselect every column at once. You can then select only the specific columns you need for a clean, focused export.

Click Download — Once you've set your column preferences, click Download to export the BOG data as a spreadsheet with your selected columns in the order you arranged them.

Click Save and Download — Click Save and Download to both download the report and save your column preferences for future use. Next time you click Download Report, your saved column selection and order will be pre-loaded — no need to reconfigure every time.

💡 Tip: Use Save and Download the first time you set up your preferred columns. After that, every download will use the same layout automatically — saving you time on recurring BOG exports.
