Step-by-step setup
Step 1 — Download the Colobbo app
Colobbo is available on iOS and Android. Search "Colobbo" in the App Store or Google Play and install the app.
Step 2 — Log in with your credentials
Open the app and enter the email and password provided by your administrator. If you haven't received login details, contact your Subcontractor Admin or Organisation Admin.
Step 3 — View your assigned jobs
Once logged in, your assigned jobs appear on the home screen. Tap any job to see full details including location, scheduled time, and checklist requirements.
Step 4 — Complete a job on-site
On arrival, open the job in the app. Work through each checklist item, upload required photos, and collect any sign-offs before marking the job complete.
Step 5 — Raise an issue
If you encounter a problem on-site, use the "Raise Issue" option within the job to flag it to your admin immediately.
