Step-by-step setup
Step 1 β Set up your organisation profile
Log in to Colobbo and navigate to Settings. Complete your organisation profile including your company name, logo, address, and contact details.
Step 2 β Invite your internal team
Go to User Management and invite your internal staff by email. Assign each user the appropriate role β Organisation Admin or standard user β based on their responsibilities.
Step 3 β Add your subcontractors
Navigate to Subcontractors and send invitations to your external partner companies. Each subcontractor will receive an email to set up their account and add their own field techs.
Step 4 β Create your first work order
Go to Work Orders and click New Work Order. Fill in the job details, location, schedule, and checklist requirements, then assign it to a subcontractor or internal team member.
Step 5 β Set up schedules and dispatch
Use the Schedules section to plan recurring work and manage dispatch. You can view all active jobs and their status from the main dashboard.
Step 6 β Review reporting
Access the Reports section to track job completion rates, subcontractor performance, and compliance across your operations.
