Step-by-step setup
Step 1 β Accept your invitation
You will receive an invitation email from the client organisation. Click the link in the email to activate your account and set your password.
Step 2 β Set up your company profile
Once logged in, complete your subcontractor company profile including your company name, contact details, and any required compliance information.
Step 3 β Add your field technicians
Navigate to Team Management and invite your field techs by entering their email addresses. They will receive an invitation to download the app and create their account.
Step 4 β Receive your first work order
When a client organisation assigns work to your company, you will receive a notification. Review the work order details and assign it to one of your field techs.
Step 5 β Track job progress
Monitor the status of all assigned jobs from your dashboard. You can see real-time updates as your field techs complete checklist items and mark jobs done.
