While in a survey or checklist for a work order, click the Save button to store the survey data on your device.

2. Sync Survey Data

Click the Submit button to sync the survey data with the application server.

To update the work order status, you must sync with the server. If you change the status, the Save button will be disabled, allowing only the Submit option.

You can continue with the survey by either saving or submitting it without altering the status.

3. Complete Survey

To finalize the survey, ensure it is 100% complete. If you try to submit without answering all mandatory questions, the status will revert to Pending.

Be sure to answer all remaining questions, then select Completed and click Submit to complete the survey.
