How To Create a Ticket .
1. Navigate to the "Homepage" and click on "Tickets."
2. Click on "Create Ticket"
3. A page will open where you can fill in the basic information needed to submit the ticket.
4. Click on the type field to open a dropdown menu, allowing you to select the relevant issue.
5. Click on "Platform" and select the platform related to your query.
6. Click the "Subject" field and enter relevant information. You'll see auto-generated suggestions based on your input to help refine your query.
7. In the description field, provide detailed information about your query and the related issue. You can also upload your file in the designated section provided.
8. Enter any CC recipients if applicable; you can add multiple CC addresses. Once done, click on Create to submit your query.
